  • We are looking for Customer Service agents for a new U.S. based account. The candidate must be willing to work from home temporarily due to the current situation. Due to this we require the agent to have a silent room to work in, and a fast internet connection (25MB minimum). We are seeking experienced and highly competent personal assistant representatives. You will be working for nursing homes in the US setting up doctor´s appointments and serving as a liaison between patients and doctors. The account will function 24/7 so you will be required to work weekends. There are Night time/Graveyard shifts available as well if you prefer. We´re looking for agents that have the ability to pay attention to detail. The candidate should have near native English skills and be very fluent in conversation. The candidate should be tech savvy and able to learn how to use the company´s software. We are looking for agents who are able to develop professional and long lasting relationship with clients. Previous customer service experience is a must. Leadership skills are a plus.

    Responsibilities: Learn and adhere to company customer service policies. Remain current on company products and catalogue. Respond to customer requests in a timely fashion. Provide information regarding product specifications, usages and prices Record and maintain thorough records. Report to company management. Employ best practices to achieve optimal department efficiency and customer satisfaction
