    We are looking for an experienced Property Management Assistant. This position requires someone who can work under pressure, is good with time management, and has basic Excel skills. The employee will be required to assist in administrative tasks and with data entry. The candidate should be have advanced customer service skills and be able to multitask.

    We search for someone with a background in Business Administration or a similar field. Previous property management or administrative assistant experience is necessary. This is not an entry-level position. The candidate should have a basic of modern accounting practices and will be required to use QuickBooks Software and assist with Billing. If you have not used QuickBooks before we can provide a training. It is a full time in-office position. Advanced English Skills are required.
